We're excited to announce a new module in Tecaser: the Fleet Risk Score. It combines the Compliance and Maintenance data you already track into a single, comparable risk score for every vehicle, so you always know which one needs attention first.
Fleet managers already track compliance deadlines and maintenance intervals separately — but a vehicle that is close to both an insurance deadline and a brake inspection is a very different priority from one that is merely due for a routine check. Until now, spotting that combination meant cross-checking two reports by hand.
The Fleet Risk Score does that work for you. Every vehicle gets a Compliance score and a Maintenance score, each on a 1-5 scale, combined into a single composite Vehicle Risk Score banded into Low, Medium, High, and Critical.

Key features of the Fleet Risk Score:
- One composite score per vehicle — combining Compliance and Maintenance, so you're not scanning two separate lists to find the one vehicle that actually matters most
- Fleet-wide report — an overall fleet risk score, a Low/Medium/High/Critical distribution, and a ranked list of your highest-risk vehicles
- Configurable weights — decide how much Compliance and Maintenance each count towards the composite score for your fleet
- Configurable impact per item — classify each duty and maintenance item from Critical down to None, so a missed insurance renewal can weigh more than a cosmetic check
- Destination-aware fleet rollup — vehicles on higher-impact routes count for more in the fleet-wide average
