What a Eurowag export actually shows
A Eurowag export lists the raw transactions, hundreds of rows deep for a busy fleet. It's complete, but it's also just a list — nothing on the export itself ties a transaction back to a vehicle's actual mileage, flags a card used somewhere it shouldn't have been, or confirms the discount you negotiated was the one actually applied.
What checking it by hand misses
Scrolling through hundreds of rows a month, a fleet office can catch the obviously wrong ones — a transaction way outside the usual pattern. What it reliably misses: a card assigned to the wrong vehicle, a driver holding two active Eurowag cards at once, a discount that quietly came in lower than negotiated, or a transaction with no matching change in the vehicle's own tank level.
