If your German fleet runs on TankPool24, you already get a CSV export listing every transaction. That data is there. The question is what it's actually telling you.
What a TankPool24 export actually shows
A TankPool24 export lists the raw transactions — diesel and AdBlue purchases, matched to vehicles by registration plate. It's complete, but it's also just a list — nothing on the export itself ties a transaction back to a vehicle's actual mileage, flags a card used somewhere it shouldn't have been, or confirms the discount you negotiated was the one actually applied.
What checking it by hand misses
Scrolling through hundreds of rows a month, a fleet office can catch the obviously wrong ones — a transaction way outside the usual pattern. What it reliably misses: a card assigned to the wrong vehicle, a driver holding two active TankPool24 cards at once, a discount that quietly came in lower than negotiated, or a transaction with no matching change in the vehicle's own tank level. None of that is fuel card fraud in the dramatic sense — most of the time it's a billing mismatch, a card that should have been switched off, or a simple mistake. Either way, it's fuel card leakage: hidden fuel costs that stay hidden exactly because nobody has time to check every row.
Importing your TankPool24 statement into Tecaser
Tecaser's TankPool24 import reads the CSV export directly, validating and importing hundreds of transactions in seconds. Non-fuel items are automatically skipped, vehicles are matched by registration plate, and every transaction that comes in is run through the same checks described on the Fuel Management feature page: the right vehicle, the right card, the right discount, a GPS trail that backs up the story, and a tank level that actually moved.
See it with your own numbers
Curious what your own TankPool24 statement might already be hiding? The fuel savings calculator gives you a quick estimate based on your fleet size — no import required to get a sense of the scale.
Import your first TankPool24 statement from the Tecaser Marketplace and see the difference for yourself.
