Fleets that operate across borders face a problem that has nothing to do with vehicles: language. A driver in Poland, a mechanic in Germany, and a manager in France all need to use the same system — but forcing everyone to work in a single language slows people down, causes mistakes, and creates resistance to adoption.
Tecaser solves this by running in the language of each individual user, automatically.
13 languages supported
Tecaser is available in:
- English
- German (Deutsch)
- French (Français)
- Spanish (Español)
- Portuguese (Portugues)
- Polish (Polski)
- Italian (Italiano)
- Czech (Cestina)
- Slovak (Slovencina)
- Hungarian (Magyar)
- Ukrainian (Ukrainska)
- Hindi (Hindi)
- Turkish (Turkce)
Every screen, label, error message, and notification is translated — not just the navigation.
Automatic language detection
Tecaser follows the language already set on the user's device. A driver who has their phone in Polish sees the app in Polish. A mechanic whose device is set to German sees German. No configuration required from the fleet manager.
One organisation, multiple languages
All members of the same organisation share the same fleet data — vehicles, maintenance records, defect reports, compliance status — but each person interacts with it in their own language. A manager adding a vehicle in Spanish and a driver logging a defect in Ukrainian are working in the same system at the same time.
This matters especially when:
- Hiring drivers from abroad — new drivers can start using the system immediately without a language barrier
- Expanding to a new country — you don't need to reconfigure or migrate anything; new team members simply set their device language
- Working with subcontractors — external partners get access to the vehicles relevant to them, in a language they actually understand
Available on iOS, Android, macOS and Web
Multilingual support is consistent across all platforms. Whether your team uses iPhones, Android devices, or the web app, the language experience is the same.
